The CSS provides a safe and reliable shear and seal mechanism for our Surface Intervention System rods, coiled tubing, slickline and wireline. Its ultra-compact form reduces heavy lifting, access hatch restrictions and stack-up height, significantly improving operational safety.
A lightweight design has reduced the weight by 50% from conventional and a compact 33” foot print ensures the CSS is easily handled and deployed in situations with limited access.
The industry standard shear and seal method provides high shear load capacity, easy maintenance and ram replacement and reliable performance.
